Considered one of the pioneers of heavy metal and modern hard rock, Deep Purple is a British rock band formed in 1968. With over 50 years of career, the band’s hallmark has always been the blend of guitar and keyboard, with simple and strong riffs and vigorous solos. Throughout their career, Deep Purple has released numerous successful albums, performed multiple world tours, and left a lasting legacy in the music world.

Some of Deep Purple’s most famous songs include: “Hush” (1968), “Child in Time” (1970), “Black Night” (1970), “Highway Star” (1972), and “Smoke on the Water” (1972).



The group is known for their intense live performances, powerful guitar riffs, and exceptional musical ability.


The song “Smoke on the Water” topped the charts in several countries around the world and became a rock anthem.


The band received the title of “Legend of Music” at the 2008 World Music Awards.
