The final episodes of “Love is Blind Brazil 4 – A fresh Start” arrive on Netflix this Wednesday (3rd).
The final batch of episodes for the 4th season of Love is Blind Brazil arrives on Netflix this Wednesday (3rd). Titled “A Fresh Start”, the show brought together five couples, all participants who had previously experienced divorce, separation, or a failed engagement.
In addition to meeting blindly in pods and enjoying a honeymoon, the couples’ connections were tested in “real life.” Throughout the episodes, Ariela and Evandro decided to end their relationship, while the other four pairs continue strong, heading towards the altar.
For those eagerly awaiting the release of the new episodes, CNN recaps the journey of the couples formed in the 4th season of the Brazilian edition of Love is Blind.
Ariela Carasso and Evandro Pinto
Event director Ariela and security guard Evandro were the first couple of the new season. She is 34 years old and has a nine-year-old daughter; he is 35 and has two daughters. Although Evandro felt that his fiancée was a bit distant during the honeymoon, the couple got through the first phase of the show without major issues.
However, a conflict arose as soon as they returned to “real life” and received their respective phones. Back home, Ariela discovered a message from Evandro to an ex-fling, calling her “love” and “baby.” Given the situation, Ariela decided to spend the night away from the apartment they were sharing.
Days later, another revelation from Evandro stirred up the relationship, which they tried to adjust after their disagreements. In a conversation, Evandro mentioned that he had other children, adding more drama to the relationship, which led him to quit the reality show and, consequently, the engagement.

Marília Pinheiro and Patrick Ribeiro
At 37, bank clerk Marília Pinheiro is engaged to traffic manager Patrick Ribeiro, 32, despite Patrick mistaking her for Renata at the beginning of the show.
Sharing similar personalities, the couple exchanged a few barbs in real life right after the honeymoon, when Marília reported that she was seeking more attention and maturity from her partner. One example she cited was the amount of time he spent on his phone or sleeping while she did other tasks alone.
Additionally, Marília expressed some discomfort with how Patrick talks about marriage, treating it as a possibility rather than a certainty. Despite the uncertain future, the couple is also expected to head to the altar.
Ingrid Santa Rita and Leandro Marçal
Architect Ingrid, 33, and personal trainer Leandro, 32, also connected this season. In the initial stage, still in the pods, they shared similar interests in building a family and other personal projects.
During the honeymoon, despite the romantic atmosphere, Ingrid showed some discomfort with the sexual life the couple would lead. Later, they participated in a tantric sex dynamic to foster a deeper and more intimate connection.
Another highlight of the couple was Leandro’s financial responsibility in their life together. At times, Ingrid didn’t hide her doubts and questions about his intentions, as she is self-employed, has two daughters, and still doesn’t see the necessary partnership in him.
Alexandre Thomaz and Renata Giaffredo
Despite brief disagreements in the blind stage, lawyer Renata Giaffredo, 33, and businessman Alexandre, 34, continued to the honeymoon, developing a partnership connection.
In the apartment, the couple began to feel the first challenges of life together. Renata has been urging Alexandre to show more affection, as she frequently expresses her passion and commitment to making the romance work.

Vanessa Kurashiki and Leonardo Plácio
Sharing the same profession, lawyers Vanessa, 33, and Leonardo, 34, are both from the coast of São Paulo. In the pods, after a series of conversations, they matched and moved on to the honeymoon.
On social media, the couple stands out as one of the favorites of the season, either for their fun personalities or for being able to maintain their individuality while evolving in their romance.
