Katy Perry is set to close out the night on Dia Delas at Cidade do Rock. She is the best-selling female artist in the history of Capitol Records and has amassed over 115 billion streams. On YouTube, eight of her music videos have surpassed one billion views.
Katy launched her first major hit in 2008 with the single “I Kissed a Girl,” which reached number one on the Billboard Hot 100. Since then, the American singer has accumulated numerous awards and a highly successful career.
In September, she will headline Dia Delas, a day dedicated to celebrating the power of female artists with an all-female lineup.
